John brings a wealth of knowledge to Realty One Group Choice in Minneapolis, MN. His professional resume includes, property management, city planning, creating and managing TIF (tax increment financing) districts, Realtor and other entrepreneurial endeavors in Real Estate. Owning his own rental portfolio gives John a distinct perspective and can speak from experience when walking investors through new deals. He believes in transparency and integrity above all else.

John prepped his entire life to live in Minnesota by growing up in Buffalo NY and living in Denver, CO. He and his wife Erica have two young children, Connor and Maya, and live in St Anthony Village. John received a Master’s degree in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Colorado. This education allows John to view real estate through a unique lens that takes into consideration zoning, land use, walkability and transportation.
